Olimpia Maldonado has over 18 years of experience in the Architectural and Design fields, with particular expertise in the development and coordination of Construction Documents.
Her years of experience in the architectural field have led her to build a diverse portfolio, ranging from residential, hospitality, commercial, governmental, hospitals and rehabilitation centers, to manage and lead various project teams while designing and constructing projects locally and throughout the country.
Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating between internal design and technical teams, preparation of construction documents, coordinating with external consultants and general contractors, and contract administration responsibilities such as shop drawing review. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and critical analysis is indispensable to the development of project designs to meet exceptional standards of aesthetic and functional quality.
Prior to teaming up as a consultant for Bruce Nagel + Partners in May 2021, Olimpia’s most recent experience include a variety of National Restaurant accounts such as Cooper’s Hawk Winery and BJ’s Brewhouse Restaurants.
Olimpia received her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in 1998, and is a licensed Architect in Mexico.
